How do I join my company?
Ask your manager for an invite code, then choose “Have an invite code?” when signing up in the app. Codes are single-use.
Why do my photos need to include a timestamp?
Photos are proof of completed work. The time each photo was taken is shown to your manager alongside the checklist item it verifies.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. See our privacy policy for exactly what is removed.
I manage a company — where do I work from?
Managers use the web console to schedule jobs, review photo proof, reply to issues, and track hours. Sign in from the same account you created your company with.
